We offer flexible delivery options, including standard, expedited, and same-day shipping (where available). The choices depend on your location and the type of product ordered.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver locally in Oklahoma and its environs.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Multiple orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • For damaged products, include photos of the package and the product to expedite resolution.


 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 1 days of delivery. Products must be:

  • Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods, live plants, and live fish.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • No refund of payment after order is place, we process replacements for damaged or defective products we will ship the replacement product once the return is received and processed.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
